Digital service report

All service data on call

Effective immediately, we are offering more secure and convenient verification of all service and maintenance work: the digital service report replaces the traditional maintenance documentation in the service booklet. The launch will apply to all E-Class and CLS-Class vehicles produced from 3 September 2007 throughout Europe. Additional model series will follow shortly.
Extra safety
The service data of your Mercedes-Benz is continually updated and cannot be lost. If your digital service report does at some point go missing, we can still access the service data of your vehicle and provide you with information you need at any time. All service documentation is in the best hands - for the life of your vehicle, protected in our central Mercedes-Benz database.

We can access the service data for your vehicle throughout all of Europe, allowing you to receive fast and professional assistance wherever you may be. We provide you with the certainty that you digital service report will continue to be maintained after a stay abroad or when you change to a different workshop.
