Mercedes-Benz Mobilo

The standard warranty. Throughout Europe
Mercedes-Benz Mobilo applies to your vehicle initially for 4 years after first registration. After that you can renew Mercedes-Benz Mobilo according to your needs for up to 30 years. To renew the mobility guarantee you will need to bring your car in to your Mercedes-Benz service partner for regular service, which will be noted in your service report. This entry serves as proof of authorisation for Mercedes-Benz Mobilo. With regular service, Mercedes-Benz Mobilo renews until the next service noted in your service booklet, to a maximum of one year, so that your mobility during this time continues to be protected by the services of Mercedes-Benz Mobilo in the event of a breakdown.

The comprehensive mobility services, which help you get back on your way in case something should happen, include transport of occupants via taxi (up to a maximum of € 65), rail or even plane** and rapid on-site breakdown or starting assistance. And even if the repair of your vehicle should require a longer period of time, we will take excellent care of you by covering the cost of overnight accommodation at the breakdown location for a maximum of three business days including breakfast for all vehicle occupants, to a maximum of the length of the repair. If you cannot continue your journey in your Mercedes-Benz due to a breakdown, minor mishap, an accident or vandalism, Mercedes-Benz will arrange for and cover the cost of towing to the nearest Mercedes-Benz service outlet. In the event of an accident or vandalism, we provide additional support in arranging for scrapping, if necessary. If the accident or vandalism occurs abroad, we will also assist you with finding a legal adviser and translator.
