Approaching on the A8 motorway from Karlsruhe: As far as the Stuttgart-Vaihingen motorway intersection, onto the A831 motorway, then take the B14 road signposted "Stuttgart-Zentrum". Continue on the B10 / B14 road, following the traffic management system signs for NeckarPark towards "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion / Mercedes‑Benz Museum".
Approaching on the A8 motorway from Ulm: Take the "Esslingen" exit; from here onto the B313 and then the B10 in the direction of Stuttgart as far as the "Stuttgart-Ost" exit, then follow the traffic management system signs for NeckarPark towards "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion / Mercedes‑Benz Museum".
Approaching on the A81 motorway from Heilbronn: Take the "Zuffenhausen" exit; from here onto the B10 in the direction of "Stuttgart-Zentrum", then follow the traffic management system signs towards "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion / Mercedes‑Benz Museum".
Parking facilities
Please use either the museum multi-storey car park or the P4 multi-level car park next to it. (The car park does not have any parking spaces for disabled persons, nor is it equipped with lifts.)
Small buses and buses over 1.90 m in height can be parked in the bus parking spaces behind the Mercedes-Benz Centre.
Parking in the museum multi-storey car park and in P4 is free of charge for the first three hours for guests visiting the Mercedes-Benz Museum. Parking for the 4th up to and including the 6th hour costs 2 euros per hour. Parking from the 7th hour onwards costs 4 euros per hour.
Parking spaces for visitors with a disability is available in the museum's multi-storey car park. You will find these on the ground floor beside the parking ticket machines and glass door. If you use a wheelchair, we kindly ask you to follow the signs leading you to the lift.
We are happy to welcome all visitors travelling in an oldtimer vehicle. You are more than welcome to park on the mound at the main entrance to the museum. This also applies to those travelling with a disability in a vehicle higher than 1.90 metres.
Access routes to the Mercedes-Benz Museum are restriced on occasions where VfB Stuttgart is playing at home or during major events. In these cases, we reccommend that you use public transport.
Travelling by train
From Stuttgart "Hauptbahnhof" (main station) take the S-Bahn (urban railway) line S1 heading for Plochingen/Esslingen to "Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion" then follow the guidance system.
Travelling by bus
By train: to Bad Cannstatt with the 1, 2 or 3 S-Bahn lines, or with the Regionalbahn and RegionalExpress. From Bad Cannstatt station, bus line 51 takes you to the Mercedes-Benz World bus stop (daily from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm).
